Dr Vedant Kabra

Dr Vedant Kabra is currently the Head of the Department of Surgical Oncology at Manipal Hospital, New Delhi. He has successfully performed over 12,000 surgeries, along with various complex oncological procedures including robotic surgeries.  

Dr Kabra has been instrumental in starting a Department of Surgical Oncology in FMRI, Gurgaon and Max Healthcare. He has been invited to various international and national conferences as a faculty. He has several papers in peer-reviewed journals and four book chapters to his credit. He has also won several awards for academic excellence.  

Dr Kabra is passionate about cancer awareness and tobacco control. He has contributed significantly to the country-wide movement of Voice of Tobacco Victims (VoTV) leading to a ban on Gutka and addition of pictorial warnings on cigarette packs.
