Dr Yugal K Mishra is one of the most renowned and experienced cardiac surgeons in India. In his experience of 32 years, he has conducted over 14,000 open heart surgeries and more than 500 robotic surgeries.  

 

Apart from his clinical work, Dr Yugal K Mishra has a keen interest in academics, training and research. He has been invited all over the world as a guest lecturer. He has also conducted workshops in Thailand, Bangladesh and Nepal, where he has included live cases.  

 

Dr Yugal K Mishra has chaired several scientific sessions in National and International conferences held in USA, UK, China, Italy, Japan, France, and Far East. He has an exclusive honor of being on the Board of Directors of the International Society for Minimally Invasive Cardiac Surgery. He is the 4th Asian to be honoured and second Indian to hold this distinction.
